1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Cloneflow's website, browser extension, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
2. Description of Service
Cloneflow provides tools and services for copying, cloning, and managing Webflow components, sites, and related functionality. Our Services are designed to enhance your Webflow development workflow.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Subscription and Payment Terms
Certain features of the Services require payment of subscription fees. All payments are processed through Paddle.com, our authorized payment processor.
4.1 Billing and Subscription
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
- You authorize Paddle.com to charge your selected payment method
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
- Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination
4.2 Free Trials
We may offer free trial periods for certain subscription plans. At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No refund will be issued for partial billing periods
- Your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle
- You may reactivate your subscription at any time
5.2 Consumer Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period begins the day after you complete your transaction.
To cancel your order, you must inform us of your decision by contacting support@cloneflow.io before the expiration of the 14-day period.
Important: Your right to cancel does not apply to digital content that you have started to download, stream, or otherwise use. By downloading or using the Services, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once you begin using the Services.
5.3 Refund Policy
Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle (our payment processor) on a case-by-case basis. Paddle may refuse a refund request if they find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.
To request a refund, please contact support@cloneflow.io with your order details. This policy does not affect your rights as a consumer in relation to Services which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.
Note on Subscriptions: There are no refunds on unused subscription periods. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be issued for the remaining time.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Copy, distribute, or modify content that you do not have rights to
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
- Use automated tools to access the Services without permission
- Resell or redistribute the Services without authorization
- Engage in any activity that harms Cloneflow or its users
7. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Cloneflow and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the Services, but grant us a license to operate and improve the Services.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
9. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable Services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLONEFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the Services
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
- Any interruption or cessation of the Services
- Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the Services
- Any errors or omissions in content
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cloneflow and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
13. Third-Party Services
Our Services integrate with third-party platforms like Webflow. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or content of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the Services or via email. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Cloneflow is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

18. Severability

19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cloneflow regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
